UPDATE: I have changed 1 star to 5 stars based on my experience. I decided to order another one because the reviews were so good. The quality of the new ones is much better, it fits better and actually feels better. The company contacted me based on my feedback and disappointment and immediately set about fixing the issue. Customer service definitely deserves 5 stars! Some of the reviews were so great and I was expecting a bit of stiffness that went away after wearing. Unfortunately the taped fabrics came loose before I wore them for 30 days and the metal part came loose and part fell off. I don't know if mine is defective or something else. I'm discussing getting another one in case that's the problem and the next one works better. That's why I gave a 1 star rating.
