I usually wear a medium size (6th size) of most brands (5'5 and 140lbs, 34C) and the medium size fits me well but is a bit tight on the chest. I would recommend bustier women to go up a size or order another design where the bodice can be adjusted. I found it very flattering and sexy without being overpowering. My husband loves it, he doesn't usually comment on most things I wear, so I was surprised by that. For the price the quality looks very good. Haven't worn it yet but I think it's a great option for your wardrobe.
