It seemed to work at first. I used this in a '98 Accord. I only get sound from the speakers in the front doors, not the rear ones. There was a loud hiss and the grinding of gears was too loud. The cassette kept spinning back and forth and automatically ejected on the fourth spin. I followed online advice, opened up the cassette and removed the rubber band cog along with the 2 smaller cogs and that solved the flip and eject issue. The next day I played music from it, parked the car, came back 5 minutes later and got almost no sound from it, just a loud hiss and oddly only sound from my rear speakers and nothing from the front speakers. .For all the headaches, I could just bring a new Bluetooth-enabled head unit and have the store install it.
