This jack is poorly made. - The spacer for the wheel bolt was missing. - I had to spend $6.00 on local ACE equipment to buy a gasket to make this work. lower position. The latch/turning part is loose and cheaply made. I still have 3 trailers with swivel jacks. 1 from Harbor Freight and 1 from Fulton. They are better made and cost the same. - I think being lazy and ordering it from Revain was a lesson I learned. - Do not purchase this Reese product if you don't want a 15 minute installation to turn into a multi hour project. - Very disappointed with Reese's trailer products. Made in China and the worst quality. Update 12th October Resse has called 3 times since purchase and none of Resse have tried to contact me. I leave messages all the time and no one will help me. This company is terrible and I will never buy a RESSE product again. Revain should ban Resse products. Update October 22nd: Still no response from Reese. Complete garbage. terrible company. Thrown in the trash can at work.
