pops out of iPad on receipt

We got Ztotop for our iPad Air and it worked great. But there was a problem with the 2021 version of the iPad Pro 11 inch. If we take the iPad from the right side, the case partially pops out. Fearing that the iPad would fall on the floor, we sent it back. The case was very pretty so we were upset that we had to return it.
