These are the types of socks that I think last a little longer than some due to the thickness in the toe area. As a person with flat feet, my big toe touches more than usual and wears off some socks very quickly. These socks have a thicker, micro-terrycloth-like material in some of the most wear-resistant areas, including the toe area. The socks are comfortable to wear and fit quite well (they are a bit tight in some places). They're quite thick in places, so I'm a bit hot in them (especially since it's summer). But thickness is a compromise and I prefer thicker socks so they don't have to be changed as often. Probably the only thing I don't like is her looks. Not sure what I think of the top that is higher in the front or the eclectic color design. But these are the socks I like, they are comfortable to wear and well made.
