Whether my cats (3, 5 to 12) like it or not, this is a really great product. The construction is premium and durable. It wobbles a bit when my cats jump on it or from level to level, but it's solid and stands firm. It's not going anywhere. Directions are pretty "thin" as mentioned in other reviews; However, the images are clear enough. It took 20 minutes to assemble using just the tools included in the kit. Plus, they even added an extra screw just in case! They don't usually do that! The carpet is soft, dense and lays perfectly with no protruding fasteners. Sisal rope poles are very durable and complete. The sage green color was the same as in the photo. The apartment building is large: my 2 little girls (a little under and over 10 pounds) fit in; my older boy (15lbs) also lay comfortably but did not stand or sit up. It's a difficult climb or descent on perch levels, and the sisal stakes take up a lot of space at the top of the enclosure. Even my more nimble girl has to fight her way up or down. On the other hand, it leaves less space in a confined space. For us, this is a good and worthy compromise. Time will tell if my cats accept this. Haven't tried catnip yet, but they're curious. But even if they end up missing, I'm grateful to North American Pet Products for a quality, pet-friendly, and owner-friendly product!
