After I put the heads in my shaver I started using it. Every time I pressed the razor, the razor rang and stopped cutting. After that I emptied my sideburns several times and found pieces of black plastic in the sink. It looks like the blades caught on the metal heads, preventing the drivers from rotating, causing the plastic to peel off. I put the old heads back in and had no problems. I'm still using the old heads and I don't know how long my razor will last. All rotating parts of the shaver are made of plastic. I sent the heads back to my credit card for a refund. I didn't want the replacement I specified. I cannot afford to try a faulty product on my razor because I don't know the extent of the damage. My razor is a Phillips 3000.
