I ordered 2 of these devices a few weeks ago at a much lower price. They were delivered to Revane Prime. As for the device itself, this is an EXCELLENT product. I have owned and used both Oral-B and Sonicare sets, each with two handles and charging stations. They each shared "a few" years with my spouse before the batteries could no longer be recharged. I've since bought a "generic" set through Groupon and the result is the same lifespan. All toothbrushes had nickel-cadmium batteries. You'll have to upgrade to newer high-end models from Oral-B and Sonicare to get lithium batteries, which like smartphones are the latest and greatest in battery technology. AquaSonic comes with a lithium battery! The handle is rubberized for a comfortable grip and has a smooth matte black finish. It looks elegant. Performance is excellent, and the multiple modes and 30-second timer with auto shut-off are great features. Oral-B just stuttered too long to signal a 2 minute cycle, but continued to function until manually turned off. After a few weeks, the first brush head is still hard and shows no signs of wear. A set of 9 pieces will last a long time. I suggest waiting for the item to return to Revain Prime for a fifth of the price I see for the last product listing. This is an amazing set of brushes.
