Not as advertised for wood polish
They show it goes on wood like oil but it's a hard beeswax that won't soak into a sponge as it is. I had to put it in the microwave to soften it, which worked, but I probably smeared it on too much and the wood didn't have any shine after that. Cannot be polished to a high gloss. The only benefit I could see is that it's now water resistant. I'm not sure if any type of wood can penetrate the pores.
