Eyelid primer mostly empty, hold spray OK
When I received the eyelid primer it was almost empty and seemed a bit dry. I added some contact solution so it wouldn't be a total waste and removed some of the product from the sides. The spray nozzle works on an all or nothing basis and a lot comes out at once. It's not too bad, can take some of the tension out of my face after applying makeup, but I wouldn't buy it again.
