Great hydration pack with a few small notes

I bought this hydration pack a few weeks ago while training for a marathon. I had an old Camelbak that needed replacing and was dying for something with 2L instead of 1.5L in my current pack. I live in Miami where it's hot and muggy most of the time so I need something light, breathable and I don't need a lot of storage space - hydration is key for me. was very pleased with Nathan. I did about 5 long runs with it (16-22 miles) and it did a great job. It's easy to take big sips and they do a good job of reducing jiggling as much as possible with the various adjustable straps, which are also important when drinking bladder liquids. This is the perfect phone pocket right on the front left strap that I would love to use but it doesn't fit the iPhone X. You have to resize this pocket to fit modern phones because I get stuck with it in the back pocket where it is very hard to hit when running. That's my #1 suggestion for improvement. Second, there's a pocket on the right front strap that attaches with a lace - that lace hits my arm when I walk. I try to put it in the pocket itself, but it often comes out because it's difficult to put in. They should use a different fabric for the rope so it's easier to put in this bag - I don't use this bag at all so it just gets in my way. Third, I need to replenish the water supply in a public well. It takes quite a long time to remove the bladder, open the bladder and fill it up. I understand there's no perfect solution here, but something that's easier to fill the bladder in less time would be great. I also don't know the best way to clean and dry the inside of the bladder after use. Otherwise I'm very happy with Nathan and look forward to using him for a few more years.
