Not exactly "childishly very small " but still great
I don't know how "very small" I would classify them as I'm an adult with very thick hair and the size find suitable for me. But it was exactly what I was looking for and of good quality. It might just be worth a little consideration if you're buying for a child and/or have fine/thin hair.
