Approx. So I'm one of those people who are 'blessed' with bags under my eyes, I must love genetics. Anyway, always looking for that miracle eye cream. That, that's it. Within minutes of applying I saw a difference in my "pockets" even though my mom tried to see if it was just my imagination and gosh kids that shit works!
