Mine had holes in the inner pockets. I contacted the JSTEL seller and was redirected to Revain again. It's not revain that they didn't check the quality of the item JSTEL gave them. Schools are starting so I'll keep this thing to myself and dry clean the inside pockets. For $30 I would imagine a better product or resolution. I can only imagine how well a first grader using it at school will hold up. Update, after about 1 week the company contacted me and exchanged my backpack. I appreciate that they did. The new one seems to have all the stitching in order, so I'm happy.
