Very good for cervical support.

Great pillow for cervical support, I have two herniated discs in my neck and it definitely leaves me feeling great all day. Would highly recommend this pillow if you have any neck issues.

Great pillow, comfortable, easy to use, makes my back and neck feel better.

Cons

Pillow is too hard. It’s like sleeping on a brick.
