I never thought I would ever be so excited about a plastic container but this food saving product is amazing! I read a rave review about it online (can't remember where) so I looked it up and saw how high the rating was. Sounds crazy, too good to be true, but they really work. I always throw out the mesculin mix, baby spinach, and strawberries because they go bad. I chose two large and one medium container. Large is the right size for a large family pack of an organic mesculin blend that has been boxed. It stays fresh even when it's a bit stuffed. I don't buy every week and see it fade/start to go bad mid-week, I buy every three weeks and just throw out a random leaf that starts to go bad. It paid for itself in a month and I'm throwing away less groceries. I try to avoid plastic, but that's the only exception worth making. I hand wash them to keep the clear plastic from getting dirty and cloudy over time and after a few months they still look new.
