The back feels good. The installation is not very good.
The backrest was not easy to assemble at all. All parts were there. The problem was putting the rail in the base. That does not fit. I had to cover with a towel and score. Now it's stuck and won't come out. I didn't bother going back because I needed a backrest for a 1300 mile trip. I'm sure I'll be buying another one soon. I take it as a loss.
