Review on Fiskars 356922-1003 Everyday Scissors 01005692: 9 inch Length, Black/Orange, 3.5 inch Cut – Reliable and Efficient Cutting Tool by Summer Hendricks

I remember the old tailor's scissors my father brought home from work (he was a tailor actually) and those big, clumsy, razor-sharp scissors became the archetype of "scissors" . me. Go on about 40 years and you will find that I want to buy scissors for work and lo and behold, heavy tailoring scissors are nowhere to be found. So one day I went to the Office Depot and found this. A few nice features include a bottle opener, a sharpener, and most importantly, the ability to split the blades for cleaning and bulk letter opening (and even fending off the occasional zombie invasion). Decent size and weight; They are adult scissors designed for adult use (in whatever sense you want to interpret them). The comments of others about the "danger" of these shears from the splitting blades are unfounded in my experience. I've been using them for several years and the blades don't come loose with normal use. So when Office Depot stopped selling them I went to Revain and now own three pairs. My wife likes them too so I'll probably buy her a few more pairs. You are so good. Highly recommended. But only for those who can walk without getting hurt.
