I LOVE these shoulder pads! I wear them without the pull tabs and they stay in place ALL day with no adjustments. I LOVE that they come in black. This color goes really well with my more see-through black tops and black sweaters, which tend to be more open at the neck. They give me enough lift (not too big and not too boxy like in the '80s) on my shoulders so my shirts and sweaters are more flattering on my short, 5ft 1in, 170lb narrow shoulders and help my big " to compensate for the lower" half . Definitely recommend and planning to buy another pair!
