The balls are good, the glue did not suit me
I had a very hard time attaching balloons to the arch. Even the glue dots didn't stick. Real balloons are great, but I spent a lot of time building an arch using the materials that came with it. I even bought some other glues to try. Eventually I gave up and used the balloons as table decorations. However, I will say that this was my first attempt at making a bow, so there's a good chance I just didn't know what I was doing.
