I got this for our 14 month old Grandson and chose to go up one size as he is 23 pounds and 30" tall, and I feel he is big for his age as his Dad was 5 pounds lighter at the same age.

It will be at least a year before he can wear this as it is huge on him, judging by the way it fits him now I do believe the 6-12 month would fit perfect. It is very cute with the tat sleeves, I look forward to him growing into it!
