PROS: Cheap Works just like an eyebrow pencil MINUS: Definitely NOT waterproof The length of the pencil is much longer. The cord is a bit difficult to pull down when trying to remove the paper. Overall I think it's worth it for the price. It works like my brow pencils and doesn't feel too harsh on my skin. This product is NOT waterproof. I use the Urban Decay Primer and even that has a hard time keeping the color. I think the pens are too long. I'm half-blind without my contact lenses, so the length of the application process is annoying. But overall I would recommend it to anyone who wants to try it or those on a tight budget.
