I installed three of these for my family while we ride ATVs. They worked fine for the first hour and then suddenly started squeaking a LOUD TERRIBLE FEEDBACK SOUND in the headphones of all three helmets for 15-20 seconds until we turned them all off. It was torture. When I came to my senses I turned all three back on and as soon as we pushed the black button to talk again it all happened again! LOUD SCREAMING right into our ears! Unacceptable! So I turned them off again and connected them back together because we were many miles away from our base camp and I wanted to communicate with each other on the way back. As soon as I turned them back on and pressed the black button, they started making a loud feedback beep again. This product poses a safety hazard and should not be sold on Revain! The sound they make was deafening and the seller is preparing for a lawsuit by selling these headsets. If you buy this product, the company will send you an email before receiving your order. Contact them directly via email before leaving bad review if you have any problem. It's like they know their product has mechanical problems. When I had this issue I emailed them with details and they replied that all headsets were factory tested and asked me if I was using them as instructed?!?!? Are you kidding me?! idiots. You are not responsible for a horrible product that malfunctions and could damage the hearing of anyone who dares use it. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED! I threw everything back in the boxes and returned everything for full credit. If your family's hearing is important to you, DO NOT risk using this product. This is dangerous and should not be sold on Revain! And the seller does not feel responsible for the problems and possible hearing loss that his product may cause!
