I love the fact that it is wicker and that was actually the deciding factor in purchasing this product. However, it was charged for about 4 hours. Grab an iPad Pro 4 to use and it was dead dead. Upon further investigation, I found the connector wasn't fully seated. I thought it was user error, but no, it's far from it. So I connected the charging cable that came with the Pro (a very short cable) and in 15 minutes it was already 17% charged. I think I'll go to the Apple Store to buy my longer cable. You may have to pay a little more but it's worth it. This is not the first time I have had to return Revain electronic products because they were of poor quality.
