The most pigmented eyeliner ever!
wow! These are the cheapest eyeliners I could find for my budget and they work like a charm! came all 3 colors; black, brown and white and they are highly pigmented. The white was somewhat translucent, but the barley was discernible. They smear on first application but if you wait a minute they dry up and hardly smudge! I used black and white for my Sims Miku hat cosplay and they say it's awesome! I will definitely buy again! <33
