Packaging was ok and 24 out of 25 looked ok but one had a few small chips on the glass. The best LED bulbs have a gas that helps transfer heat from the element to the outside. Although not as hot as an incandescent bulb, this heat will destroy the LEDs. I can't tell if the seal is fine, and there's no indication if the gas in them is denser than normal air or not. the rest in which there were no chips. The lights are on for over a month at Christmas and four hours a day during that time, which doesn't mean they'll be stressed. Use for candles in windows. If they work well next season I might get more for other places and try them outside.
