I use them to travel at around 25-30 mph outdoors on my boat and they relieved my watery eyes while driving due to air impact (which happened even when I was wearing sunglasses ). ). In cold weather I usually wear a balaclava with sunglasses or cheap goggles and they fog up from my breath, but they solve that problem too. I could probably tweak my pair to make them a little better, but I didn't bother - they work awfully well out of the box. Today I have a small air infiltration but it is not enough and they are very comfortable on my face. I ordered the clear version and other than stated above they do not improve or affect night vision. I can order another dark pair that will also double as sunglasses.
