This is the best shaper I have bought I just received it today and when I put it on it snatched me up so much I usually buy a l/xl but after reading the reviews I decided to down size and im so glad I did it's wearable for all day, comfortable,breathable, and you dont need to wear a bra with it which is a plus. I just ordered the nude color and another in black im so happy with the shaper! The only con I have with it is it rolls up on the sides but it's still doable! I love love love it! Go get it ladies!
