Excellent support for hip pain

These Lisenwood foam pillows are amazingly soft, supportive and comfortable. However, I don't use them as they are advertised. I flip the large pillow and use it for my legs and the smaller one for my head. My problem is hip pain when lying on my back and I wanted to tilt my head a bit. With pillows in this configuration, my hips are stabilized and I can sleep (and wake) without pain.
