1) NO pumps, but that's ok. It doesn't matter, the shampoo/conditioner doesn't work without the pumps 2) they're HUGE 3) work really well! I have platinum balayage and am using fanola to lighten my yellow hair to make it more silver as I wasn't that happy with my balayage. And this shampoo + conditioner does a great job of keeping the hair color that I love. I apply the shampoo to my hair, lather it up and leave it on for about 5-10 minutes. And I notice a big difference4) I love how soft my hair feels. I have very curly hair so yes it's a little frizzy but I use hair masks or curl activators or leave in curls conditioner to keep my curls healthy. They are amazing for the price and how much you get out of it. ! In my experience it's cheaper than retail and retail probably won't work.
