The soft box is of high quality, there is a lid. Thoughtful design for easy and quick deployment, easy disassembly and storage. One thing that hasn't been resolved is that the included flash mount fits other Bowens mount devices, but doesn't interact with the softbox via an S mount, rather you take the entire flash mount and plug it into the socket via a hold like it's made, the softbox itself doesn't have an S-mount receiver, instead you'll also need to order the adapter mount shown in the photos I've attached. It's still a great value, but you'll also need to consider the $10-$12 bracket if you want to use it with an S-mount flashlight.
