I love these lashes. I have recommended her to my friends. I was on the autoship every two weeks. THEN you changed something. "NEW AND IMPROVED" on label. Now they don't stick to my lash line anymore. I messed up three boxes trying to work with them. So, in my eyes, a new and improved formula means a cheaper formula. So disappointed. I cannot recommend these lashes more.
