I've been using it for a month now. Everything worked fine and the water quality seemed to change as I noticed an improvement in my skin and hair. Give him a good week to really notice the change. However, my shower head and filter fell apart while in the shower. I tried putting it back on the filter but it wouldn't screw on. Every time I think I'm putting it back together, they fall apart as soon as I turn on the water. The shower head seems to be loose at the end of the filter. Now I don't know how to wash my face, and a thick streak of water flows through the filter. + Half a year has passed and I cannot use the shower head with a filter. As soon as I turn on the water it jumps out and falls onto the bathroom floor. If the seller can contact me and just send me a new shower head that would be great.
