Boy, that thing's hard to fit in. Not yet.
It's the right size, but it can't be installed. So I clamped it in a vise and cut a gap along the shaft to the washer. You'll need to cut a gap about that wide up to the disc to allow the nipple to shrink enough to fit inside. I used a fresh Dremel cut-off wheel, one of the fragile brown wheels. Now easy to install and there are plenty of tabs to keep it in place.
