The name of the opal and some other stones means that it is a NATURAL handcrafted stone. Only later did I read MAN MADE in the specification section. To be honest, some stones are NATURAL. But you should find out about that beforehand. I am annoyed that turquoise and copper and lapis lazuli and copper are also man-made. I received a natural stone it is great and a few more have been sent and I am looking forward to it. feel betrayed. Partly my fault. Fine print, but I didn't think I needed to read the specs for everyone. The title states that the natural gemstone is handmade. Update: My original star rating has changed. Everyone I've bought them for just falls in love with them. I don't take mine off.
