It spreads badly

Poor binding quality means it doesn't flow well. Basically you have to smear it on whatever you paint (I painted white styrofoam balls) and hope it dries evenly. Not recommended for use on fabric. Once you have enough power it gets bright and bright, even glowing under my blue LED lights.
