scratches and scratches the skin, but does not cut the hair!
I have a different model of Conair trimmer (white and purple) that I have been very happy with for a number of years. I bought this new one as a replacement and expected the same performance as my original. Very disappointing. The trimmer scratches/scratches the skin when in use, and what's worse, it doesn't cut the hair! Did anyone try this when it was being developed, Conair? waste product.
