Too bad I can't give this one a star. This is the SECOND time I have received a L'Oréal eyeshadow that was broken and crumbled and there are NO returns or exchanges. How right! Likewise. It looked pretty silver, but it was actually awfully beige. They have to stand behind their product. I won't do that again.
