Elegant and delicate ballet skirt!
This wrap skirt from Best Buy Essentials is too big for toddlers but easy to slip on. My granddaughter loves to wear skirts and tutus so I bought her this skirt. It turned out to be larger than I expected so I modified the waist by folding and sewing on the belt to fit her. She loves wearing it and looks adorable!
