First off, this company's customer service is amazing! They really care about keeping you informed and satisfied. I really like the purple color and I like the button closure, but I have found that the fabric has static and the hair will cling to the cape due to static electricity and will be difficult to remove. This can easily be fixed by adding some fabric softener(?). I also wish it was a little bigger to drape more of the customer, especially in the back when the customer isn't sitting still. A little forward movement of the client and the cloak lifts the back of the chair and any hair that was on the cloak is now on the chair/client. Due to the size alone, I had to exchange it for another purple cape that was slightly larger (see attached comparison image). But I would have kept it if it was a bit bigger! Thanks for the impeccable customer service! :)
