Unfortunately not returned in time. While it seems solid, it's just not efficient. To get a real "massage" you need to keep pressing down with your foot to make the pressure work for you. I also feel like I'm constantly switching feet just to find real use. The massage nodes are quite large (which attracted me initially), but they don't massage the foot very well. The only way to get an arch massage is to remove half of the foot from the machine so that the knots are against the arches of the feet. And the heating option generates almost no heat. Overall, Homedics fell short with this product and I wasted nearly $100. :(
