I'm so glad I found a replacement for my mini bread pan. My old sheet pans were very difficult to clean, there was always some cake in the corners and I had to clean them after baking and then before I wanted to use them again because there was always residue. They're a little smaller than my mini pans, but still a good size. They probably hold as much as a giant cupcake. I made a box of muffin mix and filled 10 silicone molds with it. I was surprised that the loaves still had a golden rim despite not being in a metal pan. There is no visible difference between using a metal mold and a silicone mold. I've attached a video but I didn't use nonstick spray. I'm still figuring out how to use a silicone bakeware and will be using spray in the future. Even without the spray, the mini buns came out easily. I soaked them in some water and hosed off the rest. They fold up nicely when not in use and I'm happy to get rid of the bulky loaf pan. I will be replacing all my jars with silicone and this will save a lot of space in my closets! UPDATE* I've been using these for a few months now and just wanted to let you know that if you use a non-spray stick almost nothing sticks. I may have a crumb or two on the liner, the loaf will slide right out. I fill the sink with soapy water, let the pads soak a bit, and then they're ready to dry and store.
