Got this to complement my inner two LaView cameras. Big!

Back in September (2020) I bought and installed two internal Laview cameras which proved to be very reliable and easy to use, so this month (March 2021) I received one of their external ones chambers . ). It was very easy to install and *relatively* easy to set up on my network. (The process was identical to setting up the internal camera. Filming required me to fiddle around at the very beginning. Two things I learned: to keep working, with less reliable WiFi, but to avoid a headache, the INITIAL connection your system should have an excellent Wi-Fi signal.2: I initially had a bit of an issue with the whole 2.4GHz/5GHz issue (they only run on 2.4GHz, but my entire home mesh network is a combination and initially I had I'm not a network guru, I don't even pretend to be, but I set up a guest network that only ran on 2.4Ghz and connected the cameras to that network, I don't know if it is worth it, but I feel safer when they are "fenced off" from my main wi-fi connection in our chicken coop - nice to make sure we close the door for the night etc without going there too must.) This night view is AMAZING from By the way Indoor cameras have decent night vision, but o not nearly as wide as those on the outside. In any case, this camera is EXACTLY what I need. The feed arrives reliably and instantly on my phone, and my other Laview cameras have worked reliably with no downtime, so I expect the same from this inexpensive but very useful camera. I can't comment on water resistance etc, but will edit this post if I feel the need.
