The software is very easy to use and the customer service is excellent. As a small business, we are able to customize the software to meet our needs. We have been able to easily track our order history and customer satisfaction. I also like that the customer service is extremely responsive. The software is not fully compatible with certain web browsers. However, the developers are working on this issue and an update should be released soon. It has been a successful partnership to date. The benefits of the software are the ability to easily track our customer's orders and the ability to see how they rate our service. We are able to easily communicate with our customers and also track their orders. I like that the software is easy to use and the customer service is very helpful. I don't like that the software is very expensive. I have used the software for many years and have never had a problem. It makes the job of running reports and keeping track of inventory much easier.
