The platform is very helpful for our organization to perform analysis of competition, which helps us in improving business performance by enhancing product development cycle as well as customer experience management (CEM). I like that it keeps me updated with new features being added constantly into its system so we can always stay ahead of competitors while maintaining optimal user-experience. It also provides easy access from my mobile phone or tablet when away at work/home via web browser using WiFi connection only. Nothing much about this tool but would recommend if you are looking out for an effective solution provider who understands your needs - especially regarding analyzing market landscape, understanding industry dynamics & providing insights through real time reporting tools etc., then definitely give them go! We use qpoints primarily to gain insight across various industries such as Retail Banking / Insurance products including mortgages, credit cards, insurance policies, personal loans among others.
