I bought this lamp for my mother who is 92 years old. It was great - bright and brilliant light, ease of use was amazing. But she died 5 days later. Now I'm under $20 and have learned never to throw the box away until something comes along, at least a few weeks later. It was a good lamp - if only it worked. After writing this review I was contacted by TRONDA and they wanted to send me another lamp. what they did I got it a few days ago and it's still working perfectly. Maybe I only got a butt lamp the first time. I hope this one lasts longer than a week. So far, so good. If you contact TROND directly, they can help you. By the way, I can still buy one. It is so good.
