Review on Confetti Biodegradable Celebrations Anniversary Birthday by Dawn Fischer

I'm not sure I believe this is rice paper. When rice paper gets wet, it starts to melt and becomes sticky and runny. It feels like thin tissue paper and when wet it feels like wet paper. Allegedly "rapidly biodegradable". of course, like most newspapers, someday it will be. Sent it back because for the wedding venue it needs to fall apart in a day so it doesn't contaminate the venue. Found one that's falling apart on Etsy, although it's very expensive. The product will work and most likely look beautiful in photos that we just couldn't use.
