All the parts needed came in a well packed box which is not always the case with such multi piece items. The instructions were generally easy to understand; I would recommend reading them once before you start building. The milling quality is very good, since everything is twisted without any additional effort and the mounted frames sit evenly. My BIC America Adatto DV52si speakers (about 5 pounds) fit perfectly on a 2-bolt cross mount. I would have preferred a larger L bracket so the speaker would sit directly over the propshaft (installed upside down, inside the "L"), but I could change it later if the need arose. Especially for the money, these stands are a winner.
