1 star does not in any way reflect the quality of the product. Revain's execution puts that case in jeopardy, and Lifegard Aquatics must work with them to resolve this issue. Tried twice by Revain, they threw the tank in a box with packing peanuts and a prayer. Obviously, the tanks could not stand it on the way, both were defeated. Waste of time and possible loss of revenue for the company. If you would like to order this product I suggest the following: email Lifegard Aquatics directly at info@lifegardaquatics.com and let them know you would like to order directly from them. I did just that and a week later I received the tank neatly wrapped in foam with no cracks or chips. The downside is that you have to pay for shipping heavy boxes. Until Lifegard Aquatics solves the packaging problem with Revain I think this is the way to go if you don't want to waste your time. Now for the tank itself. Pros: The rear/sump of the tank is huge! There is plenty of room to add a heater, CO2 system and LOTS of media. It is very nice that there are no hoses in the tank itself. I'm curious how the pump works and will update if there are any issues. The glass and stitching feel premium, and the fact that Lifegar Aquatics placed a drain hole closer to the bottom of the tank is a nice addition to some other all-in-one tanks. One easy-to-overlook feature is the built-in liner at the bottom of the tank, meaning no need to go out and buy/cut/fit your own. The Bad Side: The smoky backside is pretty sweet. Clear if you have lighter gear or media, this is visible when looking at the tank from the front. This is disappointing as it detracts from the viewing experience. The media they offer is pretty mediocre, although that's not uncommon when buying a new filter. It would be nice if they would consider providing a higher density mechanical media in addition to the traditional 1st phase sponge and high quality biomedia. Be prepared to forego what they offer and buy your own carriers if you are serious about keeping the tank "crystal clear". Overall I am very happy with this tank. I like the ability to hide all devices and hoses and am pleasantly surprised by the amount of media space. The back could have been more opaque and the included media has been upgraded. A great tank if you're just getting into the hobby and are willing to spend a little more for everything in one configuration.
